The Best of B.C. 3-Course Dinner at Aqua Riva and Horizons Restaurants
(Vancouver, BC) The Best of BC is back and this year the hugely popular promotion is presented by Aqua Riva and Horizons, two of the Lower Mainland's finest West Coast Cuisine dining establishments. From August 1-31, for only $29.00 diners at both restaurants can sample from a special 3-Course Dinner Menu created from the best ingredients that British Columbia has to offer. Aqua Riva Executive Chef Mario Fortin and Horizons Executive Chef John Garrett have scoured the province to find fresh and unique items that have allowed them each to produce a menu that will have guests lining up for more - and at this low price, they can afford to. "British Columbia produces world-class products from seafood and meat to organic fruits and vegetables, and of course BC's award-winning wines," says Fortin. "We are proud to be able to give our guests a chance to taste for themselves the abundance of high quality ingredients that all come from right here in BC." Highlights of the menus include Vancouver Island Side Stripe Prawns as an appetizer and Salt Spring Island Lamb Sirloin for your entrée topped off with Okanagan Apple & Cherry Bread Pudding for dessert at Aqua Riva. At Horizons, start with the Gulf Island Honey Mussels then move on to a main course of Alderwood grilled Wild BC Salmon then finish the meal with the decadent Dark Chocolate Pate made from BC Fruit Coulis. Each menu item is presented with a carefully selected suggested BC wine pairing to compliment the unique flavours and truly make the Best of BC an unforgettable experience.
