Vancouver, BC - three great fine dining restaurants: Aqua Riva Restaurant and Bar, Horizons Restaurant & The Salmon House launch its annual event - WEST COAST FEASTS - an all-inclusive 3-course dining experience for $25 per person. The promotion will run for 1 month, starting Friday, October 1st and ending Sunday, October 31st. Each restaurant will feature a unique 3-course dinner menu highlighting each chef's creative flair. Each menu will feature 3 appetizer choices, 4 entree choices and 2 dessert choices - any 3-course selection is only $25.Experience cuisine unique to BC such as: a robust flavoured Wood Grilled Herb Marinated Lamb Sirloin accompanied with sauté of Chantrelle mushrooms, squash gnocchi with spinach and hazelnut Whiskey jus from Aqua Riva; or a mouth-watering Maple Roasted Wild BC Salmon with succulent Fire-Grilled Prawns and balsamic brown butter vinaigrette from Horizons Restaurant. A small jaunt over the bridge into scenic West Vancouver won't disappoint you with the Salmon House menu offering of Grilled Black Angus Beef Sirloin Medallions with the coveted black truffle oil, Fois Gras and red wine sauce. Aside from the diverse menu offering from each restaurant, diners will be able to find something on the menu that will please the palate as well as the pocketbook. Vegetarians won't feel left out with a vegetarian option on each menu. "I'm thrilled to present 3 fabulous menus from 3 amazing chefs. Each chef has worked diligently with local BC farmers to bring you the absolute best ingredients that BC has to offer. We believe by supporting BC farmers, we will be able to provide our guests the truest West Coast dining experience BC is famous for," says Helen Fajardo, Director of Sales & Marketing for all three restaurants. The friendly and professional service team from each restaurant will guide you through the menu and help you decide on which local wine would pair best with each course - so that your dining experience is truly a memorable one. Lower Mainland residents are encouraged to book their reservations early, as the restaurants will get booked quickly. The 'West Coast Feasts' menu will be available every day from 5:00 PM; however, at The Salmon House and Horizons Restaurant, Friday and Saturday seating is restricted before 6:30 PM and after 9:00 PM. "We encourage everyone to try each menu to enjoy the full West Coast dining experience.
