FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEHORIZONS, THE SALMON HOUSE, AND AQUA RIVA LAUNCH WEST COAST FEAST 2006 IN OCTOBER (Vancouver, BC) The Salmon House, Aqua Riva and Horizons restaurants are once again set to launch one of the city's most popular fall promotions. During the entire month of October, all three restaurants will offer a unique 3-Course Dinner menu created from and inspired by local West Coast ingredients, all for just $29.00. "The West Coast Feast has been has been such a success since we first began simply because of the incredible value," says Geoffrey Howes, Director of Operations for The Salmon House, Aqua Riva and Horizons. "A 3-Course Dinner created from the freshest, most unique local ingredients at three of the city's top restaurants, for only $29.00 is truly an incredible find." A few menu highlights at Aqua Riva include Honey Mussels & Tempura Prawns, Sesame Crusted Wild Coho Salmon and Double Chocolate Mint Cheesecake. At Horizons, try Okanagan Goat Cheese, Mission Figs & Pine Nuts in Crisp Phyllo pastry followed by Warm Apple Brioche Pudding for dessert. The Salmon House selections include the Mini Folkestone Feast Bowl, then for a main course the famous Aldergrilled Wild BC Salmon with Chocolate Hazelnut Crème Brule for dessert as a perfect finish. The West Coast Feast menus are available at all three restaurants every day from October 1 to 31, 2006 with Friday and Saturday seating at Horizons and The Salmon House before 6:30 pm and after 9:00 pm. Price does not include beverages, taxes or gratuities.
