Vancouver, BC - In a collaborative effort between three great fine dining destinations, Aqua Riva, Horizons & The Salmon House are getting set to launch WEST COAST FEASTS - the latest all-inclusive 3-course dining experience for $25 per person. The promotion will last for one month, starting from October 1st through to October 31st. Each restaurant wil feature a 3-course dinner menu that will promise to 'WOW' the most discriminating guest. Each menu will feature 3 appetizer choices; 4 entree choices and 2 dessert choices ~ any 3-course selection is only $25. As an added feature, Mission Hill Family Estate Winery will present fabulous BC Wines to pair perfectly with each course. In addition, to help BC's forest fire victims, $1 from each bottle of BC wine sold during the promotion will go to support the Okanagan Fire Relief.Experience exquisite West Coast cuisine such as: Fire Grilled Wild BC Halibut & Salmon with Wood Roasted Prawns accompanied with caramelized butternut squash risotto and spiced apple-pear chutney from Horizons; or a beautiful Grilled Beef Tenderloin wrapped in double-smoked bacon with stilton blue cheese and roasted garlic sauce from The Salmon House. Vegetarians need not feel left out, as there is a great vegetarian option on each menu such as the mouth-watering Roasted Portobello Mushroom with a goat cheese and potato cake, spinach saute, grilled asparagus drizzled with a balsamic syrup on the Aqua Riva menu. "Because all our restaurants are fine dining destinations, we've worked hard to present only the best menus for this promotion - I'm so excited about it that I can't wait to take my friends and family," says Helen Fajardo, Marketing Manager. The friendly and professional service team from each restaurant will guide you through the menu and help you decide on which wine would pair best with each course - so that your dining experience is truly a memorable one. Lower Mainland residents are encouraged to book their reservations early, as the restaurants will get booked quickly. The 'West Coast Feasts' menu will be available everyday from 5:00 pm.
